23rd GTA Conference

Kanizsa Lecture

The Kanizsa Lecture (KL) is an annual public event traditionally organized by the University of Trieste to celebrate the founder of the Trieste school of experimental psychology.

The KL is delivered by a distinguished scholar, active in the fields of perception and cognition.

This year the KL will be included in the program of the 23rd GTA Scientific Conference (University of Milano Bicocca, 25-27 September 2024), like in 2015 (Parma) and 2022 (Trieste) and preceded by the Elucidation Workshop.

Elucidation Workshop (organizer: Walter Gerbino)

Introduced by Rossana Actis Grosso and Daniele Zavagno, Michael Kubovy and Achille Varzi will present their forthcoming book on Elucidation and solicit comments from discussants (Marco Bertamini, Ivana Bianchi, Nicola Bruno, Walter Gerbino, Paolo Legrenzi, Gerhard Stemberger) and the audience.
